@othus12: same thing like normal images. what a strange question. if you don't know that too, the if it is online you copy paste or copy the url and add it after pushing "image". and if it's on you computer then click from desktop. also if you have put it before then just click on previous uploads so you don't have to reupload again.
However if you are having technical issues I would recommend chrome for the Whiskey Media sites. you can't change the sie of the image with it, but it is perfect for every other use on these forums.
