Okay guys, this is a very important task I'm asking of you, and I know you won't let me down. I'm trying to decide what I'm going to make for dinner romorrow night (tonight's a soup night) from my new cookbook (a Christmas gift). Here are some of the things I'm considering:

- Cream of Mushroom Soup with Sherry
- Cornmeal-crusted scallops with chimichurri (an Argentinian style of sauce heavy on greens; this recipe calls for mint)
- Honey-Hoisin Pork Tenderloin

I'm also taking recommendations from the following hors d'eauvres for my movie night on Wednesday:
- Homemade seasoned chips with salsa and cheese dip
- Chipotle shrimp cups
- Cheddar/Green Onion Muffins

I'm also going to try my hand at that homemade Pocky. Any thoughts?

For dinner, I vote scallops or pork.

For hors d'eauvresm, chips and dip are always a good standby, but shrimp is great too.

Great, now I'm hungry.

I just ate sukiyaki, so that might be recommend.. i guess

For hors d'eauvresm,...Eetto.... Torilla chips with salsa or Asian-themed barbaque or shrimp chips...

For dinner, the honey-hoisin pork tenderloin sounds delish.

The cheddar and green onion muffins sounds... interesting. I'd try that one.

I'd go for some pork, then go with the homemade seasoned chips with salsa and cheese dip.
