CDisplay is a free program that you can download here. (wiki page describing it)
It basically the windows image viewer on steroids, extremely configurable. My self i use it to turn all the images twice to the right so it fits on the full screen of my wide-screen laptop (i put my laptop on its side) and i use a wii controller that i have mapped to the next page button to swap pages.
Cdisplay also has a special MAnga mode where the pages a showed in the opposite order but with most scans that is not nessesairy. You can also display multiple pages on screen. I haven't dug any farther into what you can do with that program but it is plain genius.
