Which Anime/Manga has brought out the most emotion in you? For me it was Naruto.

Angel Beats almost brought me to tears at the end.

Kekkaishi.

When Gen died and it was heart warming when Yoshimori made a copy of Gen out of his own selfishness when he was creating a new world with Shinkai.

Also both FMA 2003 and FMAB/manga when Maes Hughes died.

And the death of Wolfwood in Trigun.

There is more but that is some of them.

@DBZ_universe: It is sad, first hug he ever received was from a green alien who exploded with joy hearing his heartbeat T_T

5 Centimeters Per Second. I never cry watching anything (Only exception being in FMA 2003 when Hughes got killed). I did that time.

The Place Promised in our Early Days gave me a sense of hope. Not just about the future of the characters, but for my life as well. It really resonated with me. It definitely helped me in a time where I was not in a good place.

@DBZ_universe: how many times does a DBZ character have to die before it is no longer sad? because i am thinking, once

I would go with brother hood, sadness regarding hughes' death, and satisfaction when Mustang was roasting his killer

@katmic: Only once? tho with Kuririn is an exception since he has died the most and it's not strange.

Psycho pass has also made me drop my mouth. Same with the manga Kanshikan Tsunemori Akane.

Naruto, maybe. Almost every character has a sad story lol

But piccolo's (first) death in DBZ, or Shishio's death in kekkaishi, or ace and whitebeard's death in op deserve a mention.

Jojo's bizarre adventure. The characters that die grow on you the most.

Angel Beats! (especially at the end). I don't come to tears often, but I shed manly tears at the end of the final episode.
