Basically, I'm sort of getting bored of watching anime about 12 year olds. I still enjoy them, but I'd like to see a more mature (age) cast of characters
Anyone got any good recommendations?

All I can think of right now is Fairy Tail

It be boring..

Mature people have no other goals except to get drunk have sex and die...

Kids have goals in life, that's why they work.

G Gundam, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Rurouni Kenshin, and a few others that you can re-watch. I doubt there are any good recent series matching that description.

@rein:  I normally keep tabs on all the titles I've completed by storing it online and written down in notebooks (or via my anime collection). Comes in handy when I'm trying to remember info on what I've watched.

16 year old is high school age, you will find crapload of things

14 and 15 year olds can get lumped in as well since a number of junior high school students can graduate at that age.
Post by cfatalis (19,150 posts) See mini bio Level 15
the large problem is that would you know the difference between
14-15-16 year old

Unless clearly stated, I think it would be a tough call. XD

@rein:  don;t get your rope yet, i am 20 next year, i still have life
well there are mindless uni drone, but it doesn't really matter

@Dream:
hence it is probably a good idea to just look at the setting (e.g high school and above) and say "damn it all to hell"

Grade level would also give the possibility of narrowing down age as you don't get 14 year olds lumped into first year students as frequently as 15 year olds.

that is a second possibility
in the end the best way to do it is to
