@takashichea: I think the episode was focusing on setting up the grudge between Raven Tail and Fairy Tail. I have a feeling the fight between Lucy and Flare will be really rough, but after that I have to imagine Fairy Tail will start winning some points back and become serious contenders. I'll be surprised if it doesn't end up being between Fairy Tail, Raven Tail and Sabertooth towards the end of the tournament.

Your stitched caps aren't bad, though the Flare image doesn't appear to be aligned perfectly. The easiest way to get rid of overlap lines is to use the eraser tool on the edge of the front/top image to make it blend in with the other image. Luckily the stitched caps from Random Curiosity are really good.

Poor Mavis, judging from this episode and the new OVA it looks like she's even more of a pettanko than Wendy. That's just what happens when you live in a world of buxom, I guess. I have been wondering why she looks so young, though. Surely a Guild Master can't be about the same age as Wendy, unless she really is just that damn powerful. I hope we get some good back story on her at some point.

I genuinely didn't expect that. I thought Flare would be really powerful and give Lucy a lot of trouble, but it looks like Lucy would have mopped the floor with Flare if Raven Tail hadn't played dirty.

I thought this was a really good episode, especially the last scene, I thought that was a really touching Natsu/Lucy moment.
