Why There So Many DELETE Pages On Here?

I count fifteen pages that say Delete on them, it just really bug me to see a lot of them (so can someone delete them)

Daniel Newton was cleaning up redundant pages such as hair color, blushing.

He grouped blushing, sweat drop, and other things under Exaggerated Emotional Iconography.

Mods are supposed to be able to delete wiki articles but for some reason some of them become undeleteable and have to be erased by staff. The staff who we used to forward these pages to no longer work for the site.

I've been using those DELETE pages for making new series in place of starting some pages from scratch.
