Site policy is for the picture to be as up to date as possible. Bon Clay's picture is fine. That is a heroic image of Bon Clay when he was last seen.  Also, a picture should focus mainly on the actual character. The image you selected has more Luffy in it than Bon Clay.
 
As for Eiji Nizuma, the picture you selected for it's replacement isn't any better. It's filled with more text and half his face is covered.

The current default image doesn't focus on the main character (Mitarai Fumika), I think this image is better:  http://www.animevice.com/fumika-mitarai/18-27645/all-images/84-187558/_lnnf_seikon_no_qwaser_24_final_/83-354773/ 
   
I first uploaded the picture that I wanted as the default image, but I don't know why, another picture ended being the default image.

Hey, I'd like to request 2 image changes, the first for Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (series) to change to this image  http://www.animevice.com/gundam00/83-2145/ 
And the other for Arakawa Under the Bridge (series) to change to  http://www.animevice.com/143271_2/83-200951
 Both of the current images are pretty nondescript screenshots so they'd benefit from changing to these poster images (though I'm not sure about the quality of that Gundam one; if it's too low I'll upload a higher quality version.

Digimon Tamers Vol1 - could use a picture change uploaded a bit bigger and cropped version there.
Also the Digimon Tamers main page
 
Doctor Strange needs color image as the main one.

I can't add pictures that are only in a personal Image Gallery into the wiki. It has to be added by the person who downloaded the original photo. Just hit Edit This Page then the text "Upload images for this book".
