nameless/non-recurring characters?

So I've been wondering. Should I be adding nameless/extra/non-recurring characters to the wiki? For example, Female Student A, Male Student B, Old Female Customer, etc.
 
I would assume the answer is no, but I just want to make sure.

I remember on Ethan's blog if they have a voice actor in animenewsnetwork then we should also add it as well. I'm sorry that I don't remember the exact link to the blog. It should be on wiki style guide or the others.
