I can't add characters or voice actor to the new movies I added

I make a page for Slayers Return. It wouldn't let me add any charaters or voice actor

I wish someone answered your question so I can learn how to add new characters for Alice in the Country of Hearts

It's empty except for manga scans I have added.

@Destinyheroknight: I don't know if anyone ever got back to you on this but adding characters to that page seems to be working fine now. 
@takashichea: You add characters to the pages for each book, then they appear on the franchise page.
