ermmmm... well there´s a "edit" link on the right corner over the Powers and Battle Ranking section on every characters page, this section is also on the right side of the page under the General Info section. 
Easier impossible!!

I've been doing that, smartass. But it wn't let me save. Do I have to be at a specific level?

hahahha then NOW you do have some serious problem, the only thing I would suggest then is to try on another computer, because I´ve been editing them and no problems at all. If you already did that send a PM to a moderator, they may now how to solve your problem!
