Changing Wins/loses against

How do I remove characters from another character's Wins against or Loses agaisnt list? For Example, if I wanted to remove Rouge the Bat from Dorugoramon's loses to list or add Omnimon to Death-X-Dorugoramon's Wins against list. Please let me know!

All personal opinion from whoever voted, wouldnt say "sadly you cant" peoples personal opinions, plus some losses arent huge power gap ignorance but true personal opinions, like some characters have wins/losses to other characters based on attractive male/attractive female... The battle game is so seldom played that there are a lot of obvious gaps due to die-hard fans spamming wins for their faves.
