Changing Character Wiki Page Display Pictures

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if its possible for an editor to change the display picture on a character wiki page?

@Dragoness1993:

You have to have 5,000 wiki points to do that. Once you have that, click on make default image with the red ribbon.
