I see that we have Manga ka in the people section of the website.
Is there a way to combine the artists to their work.

Yes-- if you go to an individual volume, you can add staff (i.e. mangaka, or writer and illustrator as the case sometimes is) to each volume, like you would characters and staffers to episodes of anime.
We're working on developing a way to mass-add people to an entire series (because, c'mon, otherwise you'd have to manually add Naruto to every single Naruto episode? Ew), but it's not ready yet @_@;
