As long as he's not excessively cursing/swearing it's alright.
 
But yeah, I'm not entirely sure why you made this thread dude, everyone and their dog know this film sucks major ass at this point. You only just noticed? :P
I think they were just trying to use a huge franchise to make some easy money, and I think it worked actually, didn't it do much better than it should have? All those poor people who went to watch it...

 Its called Legend Of the Super Monkey for some reason, but the series is called Saiyuuki which was a remake of Monkey Magic. 
This is not a movie for Australians because its a remake of Monkey Magic that looks and plays out nothing like the original series. 
But back on topic, this is obviously based on Journey To the West the same inspiration from Dragonball!!!
What makes this special is that it has allot of scenes and plot points going on that makes people think about Dragon Ball shortly said this movie accomplished what DBE could not!!.

•  Because this is obviously a Japanese adaptation the Monkey King is called Son Goku instead of the Chinese Sun Wukong
• The plot revolves around two powerful yokai and their kingdom trying to call upon a dragon to bring eternal darkness to the world, but they need an orb (Dragon treasure in the actual book) to bring it forth (sounding familiar already?) and thus are threatening the Tiger Kingdom who own the orb by turning the King and Queen in to turtles and forcing the princess to get the orb.  Tripitaka and co are trying to stop them. 
• It has the humour of Dragon Ball as shown in the video, also featured are Goku's Nimbus and extending rod, where those in DBE? HELL NO!!
• Near the end of the movie Son Goku goes to Great Sage equal of Heaven which his orignal form to combat the last demon (he was pissed) which is similar to a Super Saiyan (but in this movie Goku is still underpowered compared to the early chapters of the book)
• We actually get to see an awesome dark dragon!!!

 
So i suggest this movie to you guys. :)

@ktarinze:  Early teen Goku didn't have that much muscle either, But that's still beside the point! in order for this to be a Dragon Ball movie (NO Z!!!) this Goku has to be much younger like 10 or something (again no Z!!) but its really the least of this movies problems!!.

Ooooo i thought you meant muscled as in DBZ muscled whilst i meant late DB Goku. But you are still right though Goku was never THAT skinny. lol
Anyway, already tried ranting about it and.. it just not worth it!! Its not Dragonball and that's final!!
