Is anybody going to NYCC?

Remember that this year New York Comic Con is going to be filled with Anime since the New York ANime Festival is going to going on along side with this con...
Just curious if we are having any AV ambassadors...

 Let me put it this way, I have a few good friends and some nice teachers, but it is absolutely not as fun as it is portrayed in any form of media.
 
We don't have any super computers to battle like in Code Lyoko.
 
There isn't a night class of vampires like in Vampire Knight.
 
And any kind of sneaking into the girls' dorms gets you banned instantly.
 Oh, and a majority of the people are stuck-up.
 
So, yeah.

@Cogito: Have you ever watch a late 80s/beginning of 90s anime called Candy Candy? That pretty much seems like a correct depiction of the boarding school you are describing! (One of my first anime... if you can find it watch it!)

This...and the fact that I live in Californa = no chance of going (I would love to attend it).
 
Will be going to FanimeCon 2011 and it is 75% chance that I can go to AnimeExpo in LA next year. Wish me luck n_n

Same here I wish I could go to NYCC but I'm a bit far away...
but like Shadow I will end up going to FanimeCon and AnimeExpo next year!

Sigh I live California also, jealous of everyone there.  
 
On a side note Yoshiki from X Japan will be at the NY Comic con on the 9th with Stan Lee announcing something, just no clue what. So that has to just make NY CC that much more worth going.

I will probably be there at least two days if not all three. Living only a few minutes away from the metropolis that is NYC, I can't help but show up.

man so dissapointed I didn't go disappointed so many awesome freebies being passed out, a lot of panels that I had to read about as well as a few live streams but a new comic starring Yoshiki teaming and being worked on by Stan Lee that to me was probably the biggest surprise.  
 
The Marvel vs Capcom 3 new characters are pretty disappointing cept magneto, the secret avenger, and spider man comics are my favorite to look forward to event,
