1. What browser are you using? ( Firefox 3, Internet Explorer 6, etc. etc.)
 Latest Firefox.

2. What Operating System are you using? ( Mac, Linux, Windows, etc, etc)
 Windows Vista.

3. What is the exact link to the page you are having a problem with?
http://www.animevice.com/news/quick-picks-042710/4338/

4. Details, details, details. Explain it in detail.
If I scroll the mouse over the video on the left side, the volume automatically goes to zero. If I continue scrolling to the right, the volume increases. I'm no where near the volume adjustment thing. My mouse is just hovering above the video.

Oh, you know, I've had something I think similar to this. Like, it was "sticking" my click to the volume. So, like, I'd try to adjust volume, and find that after I thought I was done, it'd continue to scroll

Haven't had the problem recently. If it happens again, try very deliberately clicking on the volume section again, see if that snaps it out.
