The PM notification system is not working properly for me. I set it to notify me for every possible thing but it's not working now. It worked fine on the first day, getting pms showing me wall posts and such. But now posts on my blog and wall don't give me a pm.

I believe this is happening on GiantBomb as well, I received about 4 new comments on a blog post over there, and I did not receive a PM. The only other explanation I can think of (besides it being a bug) is that the users all turned off the ability to send PMs when they leave a comment. Some people turn it off so if you get a comment/wall post from them, you won't be notified of it.
