I am trying to add a new book to the Othello page and the New Volume screen keeps show up as this.
1. What browser are you using? ( Firefox 3, Internet Explorer 6, etc. etc.)

3. What is the exact link to the page you are having a problem with?

For the past while I have been trying to add the rest of Othello to its page, but whenever I click on add a new book I get the pic above. It won't let me click on the Add a Picutre button so i can't submit the book. I can still add things like characters and franchises on Animevice and I can still do everything fine over on Giantbomb. It is just this add a manga volume button that is broken or something.
