Yesterday at night I tired to post, but the warning about Flood appaeread, even if I didnt posted once before

You can't post right now, because our system only allows you to make two posts in a row..... wait for someone else to post, then you can post after them - thx :)
Before my post is another user's post, and even so I cant post, I tried to post from other account to make room but even so I cant post from the other account.
