Bug Reporting

I'm using Chrome 12.0.742.122 and windows 7. 
Epic fail. 
I found a tread about this but it was closed and it didn't had any responses. Some times when uploading images I get the epic fail message, although funny at first, now it's really bothering me, and the message doesn't really explains if it is a bug or a problem with my computer. 
Description field required 
I don´t add a specific link because i had this problem with several pages. Sometimes when editing wiki pages the message '' Description field is required '' appears when I try to add the changes, but obviously I had filled this field, so there my confusion. Again don't know if its my mistake or a bug. 
I will appreciate any comment or advice anyone could give me. I apologize in advance for been a newb.

2. What Operating System are you using?

3. What is the exact link to the page you are having a problem with?

It's usually the new actors/actresses that I add to the Anime Vice database.

Today, it was Daisuke Kageura.

4. Details, details, details. Explain it in detail.

I always try to edit a new page with its essential information. It's just that when I add a new people page (actors, actresses, creators) like the link above, I just can't edit anything.

See image below. I had the same problem as the user who originally submit this bug.

However, in Fire Fox and Internet Explorer 8, the loading bar would never end.

I just found a solution. When it says "Description: This field is required," I had to put something in the article. In the image above, you see I left the article section blank. Yet, I had most of gen. info complete (birthday, characters, website, alias except death and hometown), so I don't know if it always work that way.

Try that if you get Description: this field is required.
