Brock's Croagunk

   I've had Cartoon Network's "Pikachusident's Day Marathon" blaring as background noise all day (don't judge me) and I've started to wonder why exactly it is that Brock's pokemon always pounds the piss out of him if he starts talking up some babe. Is there a reason that Croagunk is causing so much harm to his master's body/lovelife or is he simply malicious? Was there ever a woman that the frog approved of Brock flirting with? Is it Jealous? Or maybe just embarrassed by Brock's debonair? When did Brock even tether himself to this ball and chain?
