Each fighter inculding the E vil ones are useing controlled energy blast and pure H2h combat

battle takes place in the mountain reminiscent of the area wear Goku and Vegeta fought.

Because ssj3 goku > Janemba ( 1st form). Also goku got alot stronger as a ssj3, he fought Janmeba and after the fight became alot stronger, then he battled different buus. 
 
Supreme kai is supposed to be 1000 times stronger than freiza. 
 
ssj3 gotenks had the power to beat super buu. Goku pwnd fat buu. 
 
Vegeta would own ssj2 gohan, but gotenks would own him. 
 
Broly is not even stronger than ssj3, goku did not even have to go ssj3 to beat him. 
 
As for Cell he would get one shotted by any of the ssj3.
