so it's matter of who hits who first, if kabuto manages to hit wolvy in the heart/lung once (which is like almost impossible, but there's a window of possibility), once he stopped for that moment, jam another in another vital organ like the brain, keep doing this until he falls and the way kabuto can manage to puncture the brain is by going inside the eye socket, just keep stabbing
