This should be a fun one. Both are fast healers and can make some messy outcomes with their attacks. So who will win this battle: The Ol' Canucklehead or Orochi Jackson, er... Orochimaru's personal medic-nin?

Pretty tough one, Wolverine's healing factor has been pushed several times like when His Adamantium was pulled out by Magneto.

@FLCL1: No chakra for James, unless you want me to give him a certain blade he used to chop off Sabretooth's head. XD

@cfatalis: Yep. But since it's uncertain what kind of abilities he has since taking in Orochi, Kabuto has whatever abilities he had in his arsenal when Naruto went Four-Tails against Orochimaru for this battle.

which mean almost close to nothing compared to wolverine

wolverine wins in a massive curb stomp most of kabuto's attacks deal with attacking other peoples chakra

@FLCL1: Kabuto's Chakra Scalpel isn't used to target the chakra system of his target. His Chakra Scalpel is able to sever muscle tendons and tissues. If it weren't for Tsunade healing him, Naruto would have been killed when Kabuto used the technique on the boy's heart. I see this battle coming down to how long Wolvy and Kabuto can keep healing themselves against their attacks since both adversaries are formidable fighters with extensive knowledge on how to deal damage to the human body.

@FLCL1: With adamantium in his body, Wolvy's healing factor takes longer to fully heal up injuries since a good amount of it is put on his keeping his body sustained from the foreign metal.

does adamantium protects you from chakra, though?

@cfatalis: It wouldn't be affected by the chakra. But the chakra scalpel would still cause damage to Wolvy's insides which he would have to regenerate.

yes, and how fast wolverine regens?, kabuto can just destroy most vital organs , e.g brain, heart over and over again

@cfatalis: The more extensive the injuries, the longer it takes for him to heal up. As Sonata explained earlier, Wolvy's healing factor had burnt itself out to save his life at one point when Magneto extract all the adamantium in his skeleton.

okaya, let's say wolvy got two hole in his heart and one in his brain and two other in the lung, how long?, can he keep fighting while he is healing?

For injuries like that, about several minutes and the injuries would incapcitate Wolvy. But I don't see James being dumb enough to be struck by such blows all at once considering his battle experience.

would one lung/heart puncture make him stop, or will he keep going?

A hit like that should stop him for  a moment.
