Zoro in all honesty has seemed more impressive to me post time skip. But I'll probably vote after Dressrosa. We should see a lot more from both of them by then.

Luffy is stronger by feats, and still has the most impressive strawhat feat since the timeskip from when he started to destroy Noah

Luffy he tamed the Kraken with haki and beating the hell out of it...

He Nearly destroyed the Island sized Noah...

He dodged a pascifista beam, defeated Caesar Clown etc. I can go on and on

It's close but Zoro doesn't have feats to match these, if anyone can dispute this please do tell...

Luffy should be stronger because he is the Captain. Although I don't think there's much in it but that's just the way these shounen manga work.
