ulqiorra due to well they are rank based on power
 
Ulqiorra without a second release rank 4th
 hallibell rank 3rd
but ulqiorra had a second release, which aizen didn't  know
 
so yeah ulqiorra

Yeah although feat-wise, Halibel was more impressive (holding her own against a captain and two vizard at the same time). Ulquiorra just continued owning Ichigo (which he was already doing in base form), until Ichigo went super-hollow on him.

and remember he had instant regen

@cfatalis:
True, even if that super hollow was able to stop his ultimate attack with one hand. But I agree, I had always thought Ulquiorra was stronger (his picture being twice the size of hers isn't suggestive of anything XD). Just interested to know what other people thought. I might make a Stark vs Ulquiorra thread, that might be a better match.

This. I think Harribel could have held her own against just about anyone if given the opportunity. Even after facing off against a captain she proceeded to shake off his ultimate move and up the stakes even more. Harribel wins

@Nerx: their kid look pretty normal in the color spectrum, it will have black hair( black hair gene is dominant), fair skin
