so does anyone think that Tsuna can win?

Unless tsuna trains his body for a couple years and learns some form of martial arts and becomes a saiyan he can't touch goku. Even with the dying will bullet reborn gave him he would still be in a struggle because no one in Khr has shown anything compared to gokus durability and strength feats.

Well we never really got to see what Tsuna could do but he did show that right at the end he could hit someone who was moving at FTL speeds by their own admission. He's also hit the same person with enough force to take them out with one punch. Tsuna with just Enma's ring on was nearing island buster and Tsuna with the dying will bullet must've been several times more powerful and was easily the most powerful character in the series by far, excluding that Mask Face or w/e his name was.

But we just don't have any feats so I can't say for sure. In hindsight, it's hard to decide without concrete evidence, however other people like Roshi were already moonbusters by the start of DBZ so Goku probably does win this one. Maybe not in speed but in power.
