I'm pretty sure Ichigo wins this.  As long as he keeps is distance, he's alright.

@JJOR64: keep what distance, most dicloni is a long range fighter, lucy is one of the shorter one

@JJOR64: if anything ichigo should close in, if he want to fight long range he had to fought using either cero or getsuga tenshou

This match goes to Ichigo easily in my book. Even as a diclonius and regardless of source material, Lucy still has the reaction time of a normal human and Ichigo could quickly dispatch her faster than any chance the queen bee diclonius has to trigger her vectors.

Well By the end of the manga, Lucy was an island breaker, and had over a million vectors (that could reach half way across the planet). I think with all the diclonius in the series, this might shape in to a pretty good battle.
