Can this Tekkaman survive a planet destruction or destroy a planet himself ?

If Hulk starts at 100 tons than he should take this.

I could be considered otherwise though. This is pretty close IMO.

Destructive Capacity: Country level+ | Likely multi country level+

Range: Varies; likely many kilometers thanks to ranged attacks, speed, and flight abilities

Speed: Relativistic+ | Lightspeed (flew from the moon to the Earth in a few minutes time conservatively, battled Tekkaman Blade in moments across the Earth from Egypt to Alaska, to other parts of the world, and covering at least hundreds if not thousands of kilometers in seconds)

Durability: Country level+ (easily at the same level as Tekkaman Blade) | Likely multi country level+ (Blaster mode Evil was constantly trading more powerful attacks that exceeded from at least city to country level+ levels without any problem)

Since WWH story he is much more than a class 100 in 100 000 000 000 000 + tons at the base

Speed advanatge means nothing if you have no mean of hurting your opponent. By the way Hulk has tagged much faster characters thna this.
