Kid Buu with fair ease. He's pretty much got Super Skrull on everything despite the latter's versatility.

Kid Buu no doubt. Skrull lacks the means to put Buu down permanently.

Buu wins one way or the other. Whether he does so effortlessly or with Super-Skrull giving him trouble depends on which attacks he chooses to use for the fight.
