yea but it took time to destroy it he said it is getting destroyed meaning it is taking time "
yea it took time, like a few seconds as kaio watches it and IMMEDIATELY responds  
 
i think brolly is stronger than gohan ssj2 probably not goku and vegeta ssj2 though

goku concentrated all the ki of the other z warriors, anyway it was a plot device, the evidence is on screen for galaxy bust.

either way it goes he got beat by a ss goku even with the combined powers of the other z warriors that goku would not beat gohan at ss2 showing why gohan is stronger

i think it was being destroyed and they just cut to kling kai reaction after the narrator says it is being destroyed and then king kai says its been destroyed meaning it still took time they have to show king kai reaction if they dont its just a blank part of the film

The amount of time it took for the galaxy to get ruined is exactly as it states on-screen; like 4-7sec. King Kai's reaction was immediate. There was no lengthy amount of time involved nor is there any evidence of this. You can make an absurd claim of Brolly doing it when he was younger, however there is nothing to suggest that Brolly was even in the South Galaxy when he was growing up. He could just as easily have been in the North, West or East Galaxies doing all of that. 
 
And as evidenced by 2nd Coming, SS2 Goku (who is equal to Majin SS2 Vegeta) wasn't enough to win over Brolly, seeing as he was being overpowered along with SS2 Gohan and SSJ Goten. There are many things suggesting and arguments stating that Brolly was easily in the SS3 or higher category of power. His destructibility exceeds all others and his durability was a plot-device as nothing save another plot-device could hurt him. In the end there is absolutely no way for SPC to win this. Even Brolly in SSJ form was exceedingly powerful, treating attacks from Vegeta without the slightest hint of acknowledgement. 
 
You must face it. Brolly is the most powerful DBZ character they ever concieved.

yea but we dont know it took 7 seconds it never said how long it took the narrator just said its being destroyed and then they flashed over toking kai  we wont know because it never said everybody is just guessing on how long it took

It's not a guess, it's a simple indicator that's given from the beginning of the galaxy fading out to the end of it. That took roughly 7sec. It's not an estimation, a guess, nor even a fan calc. It's exactly as the movie showed it taking place in. The Narrator has no reason to state how long the destruction took when you just visually witnessed it occurring. Which means that's exactly how long it took to occur.

even if so we dont know if he had to gather energy to destroy the galaxy and also if he is why didnt he just do that during the fight against goku or in the other timee against gohan if he could just destroy a galaxy why not during the fight with goku or gohan

 no he is not even close to that powerful during this time he is not even stronger then ss2 gohan during cell saga because even if goku used all the power of the z warriould ors they are still no match for ss2 gohan and SPC cell dosent have an exact power level nobody knows how strong he really was but it is close to gohan at ss2 so thats where broly power level would be 
i mean SPC cell would have a chance against this goku with there combined power levels broly didnt thats why the blocked punch and one hit KO even broly knew he was done for if you saw his face

As much as i like Super Perfect Cell, Broly wins here. 
Although Cell has many techniques which can help him out. Broly can pop out a Solar system buster or a Galaxy buster on Cell, and Cell is finished.
 
Strength = Broly
Durability = Broly
Speed = Broly
Energy Projection = Broly 
Techniques = Cell
Intellect = Cell
Regen = Cell

LSSJ Broly should win easily too.
 
For a simple reason...SPC is slightly inferior (only slightly now) to SSJ2 kid Gohan who defeated him. 
 
LSSJ Broly  manhandled a much stronger SSJ2 Gohan in movie 10.

Did he? The hair was a certain way, but a single strand can blow in the wind.... I would say Cell is stronger, unless you use, for example, Super Saiyan 3 Broly from Raging Blast series. Broly was beaten by a SS, while Cell needed SS2 to be beaten. Officially, I think Toriyama made a chart/ made a comment saying a SS@ is atleast twice as strong as a SS, so I doubt Goten counts as a full SS since he's a child, and LS is technically a SS........ my vote goes to Cell if Broly only goes to LSS.

broly wins. If we exclude all PIS and CIS and stuck up to Japanese dube he is galaxy ruiner - by large scale. That makes him the most powerful DB/DBZ/DBGT/DB Multiverse character so far. Omega Shenron was going to kill all life in the universe not to bust the universe. By the way Broly with hius feat from movie 8 takes Dragon Ball Up sevelra tiers.
