Super Buu vs Super Perfect Cell 
 
Scenario 1: However Cell can use Kaioken x10, Making Cell x10 his original power. Who wins? 
Scenario 2: Cell bumps the Kaioken upto x20?

The battle is in Outer Space.

This is a pretty vague question because we really have no idea of being able to guess how powerful Cell would become. If he became as strong as Super Sayain 3 he could probably win, I remember Goku stated that if he had taken the fight seriously as a Super Sayain 3 he could've beat Kid Buu.

But, Super Cell was about as strong as SS2 so the question kind of becomes about whether SS3 is 20x stronger than SS2 if that makes any sense. It made sense in my head lol.
