Spike and revy get eliminated right off the bat. they shouldnt even really be here. At the end of the day, Ladd takes this though. He is an effortless bullet timer with a gun of his own. He would dodge sanos 2 layers, put his high powered rifle under sanos chin and squeeze the trigger

Ladd should take this if he's a bullet timer, although Revy did fight a bullet timer I don't think she is one herself.

oh lol my bad. But yeah, Ladd is a bullet timer. Despite revy fighting a bullet timer, the circumstances were quite different than they are here

Confirmed how? I have not read the novels but in the anime his powers seemed to be luck and reckless disregard for everything.
