-Both fighters are 10 yards apart.
-Both have general knowledge of one another.
-Fight to the death.
-Shiki is free to use Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, but Void Shiki personality is barred from this battle.
 
Who do you think wins this battle?

@Asune: What you mean "horrible murder"? From what I remember, Shiki needs to comprehend the nature of her target with the MEoDP in her second personality before she is capable of destroying their existence. She had difficulty dealing with Araya in the fifth Kara no Kyoukai movieeven with MEoDP active and she only managed to defeat Fujino in the third movie after seeing her powers in action. I can't necessarily say this is a complete stomp in Shiki's favor.

Ryougi blitzed Araya Souren, someone who was outright stated to be a bullet timer. She can also throw her knife at speed comparable to bullets to sewer the lines of death from distance.
She kills Lust with ease, actually.
