Satan wins this completely.Why?Simple.Satan owns this match because to begin with the none of the Z Fighters including SSJ4 Gogeta can hope to harm Satan as he’s in another dimension(more accurately universe) and Satan has the power to possess people’s bodies.

The moment the fight begins, Satan possess SSJ4 Gogeta’s body.With SSJ4 Gogeta under his control,Satan destroys the Z Fighters as easily as the Androids did during the future time line.SSJ4 Gogeta punches Piccolo and rips a hole in him.Then he shoots a blast that disintegrates Gohan.He kicks SSJ adult Gotenks head off with a kick.SSJ4 Gogeta proceeds to destroy the rest of the Z Fighters with simple blasts that puts holes in their stomach.Android 18 attempts to save Krillian and SSJ4 Gogeta literally defeats her,violating her in the process.He then kills Krillian with a single punch.

Under Satan’s command, SSJ4 Gogeta proceeds to lose the battle by shooting Planet busting level Kamehameha Wave that blows Earth up and forces SSJ4 Gogeta to stay in outer space.After around 3 minutes, Satan wins as SSJ4 Gogeta dies from space due to lack of oxygen.

Satan wins this fight.The Verdict out of a 1000 victories.

This is a joke thread that was originally published on MVC. 
 
Plus this is assuming God doesn't intervene to protect SSJ4 Gogeta from possession.

Ha Satan, literally the Accuser in Hebrew, translated as Diablos (Devil) in greek. A powerful angel who rebelled against God and was cast out of heaven along with his fellow fallen angels. 
Known also as Lucifer (Latin form of Helel, literally bright one) 
 
Jesus said "I saw Satan falling from heaven like lightning" Lk 10:18 
The Apostle Peter said "...your adversary the Devil, as a roaring lion, prowleth about seeking to devour whomever he may"  1 Pt 5:8  
  
Clearly Satan has massive power scope, in addition he is called the Prince of this World (by Jesus) and the Prince of the Power of the Air (by Paul)
 
The apostle James (Jesus's brother) said "Resist the Devil, and he will flee from you" Jm 4: 7  
However Jude tells us that even the angel Michael wouldn't pronounce a judgement on Satan, rather saying "The Lord Rebuke you" Jd 1:19  
 
And in the Book of Acts of the Apostles there is a story where unbelieving exorcists try to cast out a demon in the name of "Jesus, whom Paul preaches" but the demon replied that Jesus he knew, and Paul he knew, but he did not know the exorcists and thus they had no power and the demon kicked their ass. (due to unbelief) 
 
It would seem only God or perhaps Michael (Michael and his angels did beat Satan and his angels, but whether this was due to strength alone or the support of God idk) has the power to defeat Satan. If the Z senshi try the same move as they did against Dracula (form a crucifix) they may win, or they may face the same result as the unbelieving exorcists of Acts. The Akumite beam may also be an option. Its unlikely ray power (even spiritually based ki) could put down biblical satan. 
 
Gogeta did have attacks likely at least equal to the universal genki dama, and did dominate Yi Xing Long-who had minus power such that he would envelop and destroy the entire physical and spiritual universe. Goku in his base for shattered a dimension with ki, ssj4 is over 400x boost and fusion multiplies the users power together (at least potara does for sure) And that " After around 3 minutes, Satan wins as SSJ4 Gogeta dies from space due to lack of oxygen" bit is the stupidest part of this thread, Vegeto survived as a non breathing candy.

@ParaBoxerX: When you already have your mind made up, why post it in the Battle Forums ? And I don't think using religious figures is a good idea, it could spark flame wars easily.

Assuming the Z-Fighters existed, the only ones who would have any trouble with the Devil would be Vegeta and PIccolo, and that because of the danger to their souls.  The rest are simply too good to be affected by him.  In terms of power to control a person's actions, the Devil as described in the Bible has much less power than the "black mist" that was used by Garlic Jr. to turn everyone into vicious freaks.  So, doubtful it would do anything against the goodly Gohan or Goku.
 
The best argument for the possession scenario was when Captain Ginyu managed to possess Goku.  However, Ginyu specifically mentioned that Goku not being a true super saiyan yet showed he still had weaknesses to possession.  Since becoming a super saiyan they've shown more resistance to possession such as Baby having trouble possessing SSJ Trunks until it had matured further.  Moreover,  Buu was unable to control Goku/Vegeta after he was absorbed.   So, victory by possession is not so likely.  Though it would make for excellent fanfiction.  :)
 
In terms of raw, physical power, Goku has much better feats than anything shown in the Bible for the opposite side.  More importantly, keep in mind that Goku's world is based on Asian metaphysical mysticism rather than Judeo-Christian.  The beings he meets and surpasses during his journey are equivalent characters to gods (e.g. Kami and the Kais) and devils (King Yama being the equivalent of Hades).  These beings if interpreted within the Judeo-Christian belief would be the equivalent of angels, fallen angels, demons, keepers of purgatory, etc.  None would match God or the Devil specifically, but as the Devil is not God's equal and is held as the equivalent of a powerful angel, you'd have to say that in terms of DBZ universe, Goku would be intended to be stronger than a being such as the Devil.  In fact, if you wanted an equivalent to the Devil from DBZ you'd have go with Dabura, who is beaten by Fat Buu who is below SSJ3 Goku.
