Sakura's gonna be taking advantage of Sanji's hesitation to strike women to no end in this battle unless Sanji's able to charm the girl while dodging her blows.

Assuming Sanji hits a woman here, he wins, being able to keep up with soru, take getting hit by the steel cutting blade, being able to kick through steel, hit cannon balls out the air fired by Garp ect, I think he wins here.
