This would be like Nami vs Kalifa, a fight which nami won. However that was PIS

Nami would win with her PIS scenarios which applies to all of her fights but realistically Sakura would crush Nami.

Going to go with Sakura. While Nami would probably be able to take her down with a lightning strike, all of Nami's moves take time to set up pre-timeskip. In that time, all Sakura has to do to trigger a miss is stomp or punch the ground to change the battlefield. One direct hit and Nami is done,

@Destinyheroknight: It's anime, basic rule of thumb, add ten years to girl characters when speaking of them in a sexual way, or else Evangelion would have been in trouble with all the Rei and Asuka stuff
