if the battlefield has any form of water sakura auto loses due to ice capturing then a punch to the face post or pre. I know sakura is a ninja and all but korra is just like a ninja except she doesn't run out of chakra and can use all four elements without hand seals. The only thing sakura has is a little speed and a punch that i don't see tagging korra because korra can just mess with the ground or push sakura away with wind or just shoot fire at her considering sakura isn't immune to 3rd degree burns.
I'd say it goes to korra with a good but moderately simple fight.

I agree, and plus Korra probably knows blood bending and she can easy go to Avatar state if you push her too far.

She learn air bending when her other powers was cut off
She get her powers back, on the same episode
