Kumei can wins this, they are even in speeds though, and Zoro has both power and durability, however kakashi has more hax moves such as Genjutsu, kumei and such. I can see zoro winning if he can somehow stay out the sight or keep moving for Kakashi to waste kumei and leave him exsposed. Arguably one hit from Zoro would kill kakashi.
@Kurohige: Or just take out Kakashi before the later can even think about such techniques.
You know the Copy Ninja has no serious speed feats while Zoro can cut cannonballs and even move fast enough to intercept those while aimed at his comrades. That accompanied with his massive strength and durability should take it.
Kakashi literally has nothing besides Kamui to rely on. And that theorizes he can follow him.

Sasukes sharingan could barely keep up with Killer Bee who wasn't even in tailed form, and Sasukes sharingan>>>>>Kakashis. Zoro was cutting up cannon balls and dodging bullets point blank range, not only that but dodging air thrown at him ny Kuma(it was said in the maga that Kuma can push air at light speed, but I beileve that is hyperbole)
@Destinyheroknight: I thought it would be an interesting battle, and Zorro does have the speed advantage, but I think Kakashi's sharingan can keep up with it, that coupled with tricks like genjutsu, substitution and shadow clones could allow Kakashi to keep him distracted enough to win.
