None are a real... and there is no galaxy busting in canon DBZ.

Even if that scan were true, it say's that he destroyed entire galaxies in a couple of years (Overtime), not straight away (In one shot).

Which site did you get that scan from regarding galaxy-busting? Because unless we have some background info as to where they came from, it cannot be determined certainly which translation is fabricated and which is good.

What is "multi-planet busting". A single attack and destroy multiple planets or the user can destroy "multiple" planets with out recharging in between?

Considering the distance between planets in our Solar system (our only point of reference) that would put them at least at main sequence (Sun sized) star busting.

In that case planets range vastly in their size. Earth is the biggest rocky planet and it's implied to be smaller than Namek (and A LOT smaller than our gas planets).

And that's it you really don't need to go into any detail, because most of them time the outcome of the fight is completely clear without the details (especial in those "cosmic" fights).

DBZ top tiers are multi-planet level and that's all there is to it.

I'm sorry, but Akira Toriyama confirmed in DBO that Goku and Vegeta had the power to produce supernovas in their last battle.

Any doubt of Cell's threat was removed with that confirmation. They are star-busters. Deal with it.
