If i remember correctly they are both equal in PL. I think it depends on character really, if Raditz gonna fool around like he did with Piccolo and Goku ik can see Saibaman selfdestructing, then again maybe Raditz knows of the Saibamen's skills so maybe he will go all out and i believe Raditz is the better fighter so overall i think Raditz will win.
Yeah i also heard something like that before that it was an mistake or something. There are alot of Magazines who handle PL's like Shonen Jump and Daizenshuu. The wiki does state Raditz at 1.500....interesting. If this is true the Saibamen is done for, i don't know maybe his selfdestruct can still work like i said before at certain scenario's.

Also Saibamans power level is 1,200 and Raditz is 1,500.... Raditz is stronger, but like I said Saibaman will commit suicide and it will be a draw.

Well yeah.. The SBC is pretty deadly... pretty much like the Destructo Disk.... but in a beam... So it would fatally wound Raditz... like it did of course...
