Piccolo can only use feats shown no powerscaling

Setting: Hyperbolic Time Chamber

Round 1. Old King Piccolo

Round 2. Young King Piccolo

Round 3. 23 Budokai Piccolo

Round 4. Beginning of Z Piccolo

Can any of these Piccolos clear this, if so, which ones, if not where do they stop at?

Aren't all of these piccolos capable of at least moon level destruction with ease? Not to mention that mostly all of which are evil and don't care if they sink a country ?

@TheNeutralOne: Depends, some people consider Roshi a moon buster, however if you use his feat as an Outlier then there is nothing to suggest that anything short of beginning of Z Piccolo is a moon buster, I made this thread based on an argument I've had before, in the argument the moon feat was thrown out and Piccolo could only use what he had shown

@ImDictatorBowDown: Either way piccolo stomps. He can regenerate his limbs, is faster than all the bijuu put together and even then they would need a hell of a lot more to reach his speed, he can grow extraordinarily and as stated by goku he can still remain just as mobile even though he grew to such a length, and on top of everything his destructive capabilities is far greater than their own.

I don't see how the bijuu can take this considering piccolo can just avoid their blasts if not just tank them and regenerate(if they do a significant amount of dmg)

If we discount moon busting feats from DB then Kyubb alone could make it to 23 Budokai Piccolo.

However in DBZ moonbusting feats are more legit, Juubi and Bijuu can defeat beginning of DBZ piccolo and that's it.

Piccolo easily for now until the Juubi gets more feats.
