I don't know, Konan has those crazy ass paper moves. But Orochimaru is fast and versatile.

Orochimaru ought to win. Sasuke revealed that he only won when he did because Orochimaru was sick and handicapped. Konan only has one hax move, her 6 billion paper bombs. Orochimaru could pull a Sasuke and summon Manda to take the damage. After or before that jutsu is used, Orochimaru has the clear advantage.
