Assume Orochimaru can physically hurt him like a normal person in Naruto and that spiritual pressure = chakra.  Both fighters get 24 hrs prep time to study all their opponent's battles.

MAY THE BEST CRAZY FUC**R WIN.

orochimaru is faster and stronger.
but Mayuri is a tactical, scientific, war genius.
he can heal limbs with a simple shot, and 1 cut will paralyze orochimaru.
