And what's wrong with that? He'd make an excellent crew member. Besides, every new addition to the straw hats was after a big conflict so it's logical.

yeah, jinbei becoming a strawhat would be alright i guess. i wonder what's going to happen to the monster trio though, probably going to be "monster squad" or something. although like all_starsupes says, it hasn't been confirmed yet.

Jinbeifan1 and my self hoped for and predicted this months ago. If Jinbei joins, the straw hats will have another powerhouse who equals or rivals the best of The mugiwaras, the monster trio. And finally the straw hats might get someone who can greatly influence the sea itself and actually perform better in water.

i really hope he doesn't it will upset the balance of power in the group & the monster trio has to stay the monster trio 
i also knew that a fishman would join but not jinbei well whatever if it does im happy with oda's decision he hasnt created one of the best manga ever for no reason

and ya, if it was before the time skip i woulda been like WTF! but now that everyone is as powerful as him, it should even out

Jinbe has played such a huge role in the story so far that it would be dumb if he didn't join the crew. Granted Vivi also played a huge role in the crew at the time, but she is a princess. No bounty at all. Jinbe is a pirate, with an extreamly large bounty. There is no doubt in my mind that Jinbe will be the next additon to the crew.
