i think he could...hes got the shadow clone jutsu, i give it a tie, the pervy sage would see a hot girl and get destracted, that reminded me,all Naruto needed to do is jutsu himself into Sexy Jutsu to win.

Shadow Clone Justu won't help. If they were really fighting I don't think Naruto would use the Sexy Jutsu.

Naruto got better in shippuden and relied less on the fox but Jiraiya would still win.
