Are you serious? Godzilla with ease.... Godzilla is larger than mountains and can sweep a plain field with just his tail, plus his durability is wickedly tough and no one in HST can even scratch him. Hell... He doesn't have to use his ray beam, he'll just stomp on top of team HST. Mountain Busting is a Joke in the GZ verse, hell even a low tier Kaiju like Baragon can mountain bust. Godzilla in final war was shown shooting a giant size monster Hedorah out of earths atmosphere, also Godzilla destroyed an asteroid that carried the momentum to destroy Earth. And no one in the HST is immune to radiation, so all Godzilla has to do is fire one beam and it's over.

Final Wars Godzilla weighs 55,000 tons and can throw a giant spider over the horizon. He doesn't walk faster than 50-100 meters per second but can jump at least 700 meters forward off of another monster's head. If he slams his feet and tail into the ground, he can stand at the center of an explosion that can leave a mile-wide crater, unharmed. He would fall over if he didnt prepare for it, however. His normal blue beam ranges from supersonic to several THOUSAND mach at full power. Several thousand mach means hundreds of miles per second. It can be fired for up to 15-20 seconds. His full power atomic breath beam, after 10 seconds of shooting at a meteor, he destroy the meteor in front of his face and left a mile-wide crater around him. Kaiser Ghidorah was defeating him because he had an energy-draining bite and beams stronger than Godzilla's atomic breath. However, Godzilla had already fought a dozen other monsters and ran accross half of the world non-stop. Godzilla never bled at all or lost any limbs in the movie, only had scales blown off that were regened.

And then there's the Red Spiral Ray that Final Wars Godzilla gained after a powerup at the end of the movie. Its a red version of the atomic breath beam, capable of sending a 100,000 ton 150 meter tall golden three headed space dragon, called Kaiser Ghidorah, 1000 miles up into orbit and then obliterate it in an explosion visible at the surface and large enough to reflect in Godzilla's eye.

He is immune to most military weapons and should get stronger from the nuclear radiation in nukes. Fans believe that most Godzillas have a cell regeneration ability called Regenerator G-1, which was established in Godzilla 2000. His heart acts like a nuclear-reactor that absorbs nuclear radiation and allows him to shoot a nuclear laser beam out of his mouth.

In Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla, the original Godzilla's skeleton was turned into Mechagodzilla 3. 1954 Godzilla's soul was able to take over the robot. This is not Final Wars Godzilla. Heisei Godzilla can resist telepathic attempts to control him.

These versions of Godzilla are not from anime, there is no Godzilla anime but some comics or manga. This Godzilla is from a movie, and so are the other two versions I mentioned. There are 28 Godzilla movies.

Godzilla walks car speed but has enough accuracy to hit a meteor that was still thousands of miles away from Earth's surface, unless your talking about the american Godzilla when you say zilla. He was able to tail-whack a rolling Anguirus-ball in a certain direction so it would hit the super-sonic Rodan.

Godzilla 2000, which is not Final Wars godzilla, did not have enough accuracy to hit a giant dragonfly called Megaguirus with his atomic breath but was able to bite off Megaguirus's stinger when she attempted to stab his face with it.

Can these characters dodge a beam that moves hundreds of miles in one second and accurate enough to hit a meteor thousands of miles away from Earth?

That is the japanese one, there are many different versions of him, one of them is final wars godzilla.
