Luffy has no morals. Toguro is in character. 
Toguro starts out at full power. 
No prep. 
Winner by Death or Knock Out.

At this stage, I feel like Luffy could win. I'm not sure if he's faster but kenbunshoku haki should help him out. Strength-wise I'd say Toguro stI'll edges him out but only in lifting. Luffy's Elaphant Gun and its variations are his trump card. I'd say an Elaphant Gattling would put even Toguro down. And when it comes to durability, Luffy is well suited for Toguro who is predominantly blunt based. Although he can use his air bullets and such, Luffy could dodge those or block with busoshoku haki. I think Luffy would win after a good fight.

True what Destinyheroknight says, but I was assuming it was overlooked like reiatsu and the like typically are.
