His goal is to collect all 8 notes without going insane/meeting Slenderman if possible. Can he do it? He is not allowed to teleport to the notes. Slenderman knows where Mewtwo is, but Mewtwo does not know where Slenderman is.

I want it to be fair for Slenderman. Ah well. Mewtwo has no restrictons except on teleporting.

Slenderman is the better mindfucker and being a conceptual being means Mewtwo has no means to fight Slenderman off. He may as well be a human.
